Ruth Macaluso

Ruth Ann Macaluso was born on January 21, 1948, in Wilkes Barre, PA to Raymond and Ruth Konetski. She passed away on April 19, 2022, in Baton Rouge.

Mrs. Macaluso is survived by her son, Brian Macaluso (wife Melanie Macaluso), son, Kevin Macaluso (wife Alana Macaluso); grandchildren, Darian Buquet (wife Denise Buquet), Tyler Macaluso (wife Dakota Macaluso), Amaya Macaluso, and Lily Macaluso; and great-grandchildren, Avery Oneal, Tate Oneal, Rylen Macaluso, Beaux Marshall, Holden Reese Macaluso, Jarrod Buquet, and Camille Buquet.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Ruth Konetski; husband, James "Jimmy" Macaluso; and daughter, Terie Macaluso.

Visitation will be on Friday, April 22, 2022, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Ascension Funeral Home in Gonzales, LA. Visitation will continue Saturday from 9:00 am until the funeral service at 10:00 am in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory in Baton Rouge.

Pallbearers will be Brian Macaluso, Kevin Macaluso, Tyler Macaluso, Raymond Macaluso, David Doughty, and Kirk Price
