Lorraine Young

Lorraine Young, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister, born on July 23, 1941, went to be with the love of her life, Curtis Young on February 12, 2022.  She is preceded in death by her husband Curtis and parents John and Bernice Mayer. She is survived by her sons Michael, Sr. (Ann) and Marty (Pam), grandchildren, Brooke Bombet (Mitch), Michael, Jr. (Sherry) and John, great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Michael, III and Madisyn, sister Joan Parker (Lyman), brother, Ricky Mayer (Tammy) and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at St. Mark’s Catholic Church, Gonzales, La. on February 18 at 9:30, rosary at 9:45 with a mass at 11:00, and graveside service to follow.
