Wilford "Lonnie" Nickens, a quiet and humble man, passed away at his home in Baton Rouge, on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at 10:28 a.m. He was 61 years old, born in Baton Rouge on July 4, 1956. New River St., Gonzales, LA on Wednesday, April 4, 2018, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Graveside service on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at Greenoaks Memorial Park, Baton Rouge, LA. Survived by his son, Steven Ray Nickens; his mother, Lorraine H. Nickens; his sister Lori Nickens Badame and husband Will; his brothers, Rocky Nickens, Lance Nickens and wife Laura; his 4 grandchildren; and his numerous nieces and nephews.
