A resident and native of Gonzales, she died at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, 2009, at St. Francis Medical Center in Midlothian, Va. Visiting at St. Mark's Catholic Church, Gonzales, on Tuesday, Feb. 24, from 9 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Joel LaBauve. Burial in Hope Haven Cemetery. She is survived by a daughter, Monica LeBlanc, of Blackstone, Va.; son, A.C. LeBlanc Jr.; four grandchildren, Mark LeBlanc, Baton Rouge, Elizabeth Dufresne and Dennis Dufresne Sr., both of Blackstone, and Michael Dufresne, of Donaldsonville; and three great-grandchildren, Britany Dufresne, of Denham Springs, Stephen Dufresne, of Donaldsonville, and Dennis Dufresne Jr., of Blackstone. Preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, A.C. LeBlanc Sr.; parents, F.O. and Elizabeth LeBlanc; two sisters, Tootsie Tanner and Ida Loicano; and brother, J.E. LeBlanc.
