Virginia Roussel

Virginia Dominick Roussel, passed away on November 9, 2015, at Old Jefferson Community Care Center in Baton Rouge, LA. Virginia was born on March 7, 1929 to Jesse and Lois Dominick in Clio, MS. She is survived by her two daughters, Edith Borel and husband, Thayer of Baton Rouge, Karen Terrell of Clinton, LA; and one son, Louis Wilkinson of Gonzales; six grandchildren, Brian Borel, Christopher Siewert, Jennifer Borel, Stephanie Siewert Chenevert, Amber Hoffman, and Courtney Thaxton; and six great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Doral "Greg" Roussel; a son, Keith Wilkinson; four sisters; and three brothers. She was an active member of First Baptist Church of Gonzales. Visitation will be at Ascension Funeral Home, 426 W. New River St., Gonzales, on Thursday, November 12, 2015, from 12:00 noon until service at 2:00 p.m. conducted by Dr. James Law.
