Thomas J. "Bobby" Blair Jr., age 94, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2015, at 7:15 a.m. at The Carpenter House in Baton Rouge, LA. He was born on August 19, 1920. A resident and native of Prairieville, LA. A veteran of the U.S. Army during World War II, retired from Westinghouse. Visiting at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Prairieville, LA on Friday, July 31, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m., conducted by Rev. Jerry Martin. Burial in Prairieville Community Cemetery. Survived by his daughter, Pam and Ronnie Braud; son, Barry and Rita Blair; sister, Jeanette Melancon; five grandchildren, Shari Acosta, Denise Silvey and Scott, Leigh Buyas and Bobby, Wade Blair and Robin, and Greg Blair and Ashley; nine great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife, Irma Blair; and two sisters. He was a member and usher at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
