A resident of Prairieville, he died Thursday, May 24, 2012. He was 26 and a native of St. Bernard. Visiting at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, St. Bernard, on Friday, June 1, from 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. John Arnone. Interment in Cornerview Cemetery, Gonzales. Survived by his wife, Misty Mones father, Bobby Anthony Mones mother, Evelyn Mones Woodruff daughter, Ayva Antonia Mones sons, Lestat Joseph Buras and Jace Anthony Mones sisters, Sheena Mones Townley and Shannon M. Meyer. Preceded in death by his sister, Bobbie Lyn Mones. He enjoyed spending time with his kids. Condolences may be offered at www.ascensionfuneral.com.
