Russell Parker

A resident of St. Amant, LA and native of Gonzales, LA passed away on Monday, March 4, 2013, at 5 p.m. at his home, at the age of 60. He was a millwright worker with Local 729. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed coaching youth sports. Visiting at Ascension Funeral Home, 426 West New River St., Gonzales, LA on Friday, March 8, 2013, from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Memorial Service at 6:30 p.m. conducted by Pastor Greg Jones. Survived by his wife, Lorraine K. Parker daughter, Rasheall Parker step daughter, Crystal St. Romain two sons, Corey Parker and wife, Shannon and Rhett A. Parker and friend, Marah step son, James Kramer sister, Dorothy Deranger and husband, Charles four brothers: Richard Parker, Ronald Hog Parker and wife, Linda Bo, Charles Poncheaux Parker, and Ralph Parker and wife, Deney eight grandchildren: Taylor Parker, Trey Parker, Hailey Parker, Ethan Melancon, Destiny Kramer, Alexis St. Romain, Jenny St. Romain, and Jazmin Johnson.
