Phyllis Edney

A resident of Prairieville and native of Pensacola, Fla., she passed away Monday, Sept. 27, 2010, at Ascension Oaks in Gonzales. She was 60. A gathering will be held at Christ Church, 40235 La. 42, Prairieville, Friday, Oct. 1, from 6 p.m. until memorial service at 7 p.m. Survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Carl D. Edney daughter, Sabrina Mignon Edney Smith and husband Clinton Dewayne sister, Peggy Dansby brother, George Dansby three beautiful grandchildren, Serena, Michael and Daniel numerous nieces, nephews and other family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, George M. Dansby and Ruth Marie Bush and a niece, Mignon Marie Cosmas.
