Phillip Baker, age 47, passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2015, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, at 7:51 p.m. A resident of St. Amant, LA and native of Lexington, KY. A Thermo-Plastic welder for AC Plastiques of U.S.A. Visitation at Ascension Funeral Home, 426 W. New River St., Gonzales, LA on Monday, August 31, 2015, from 2:00 p.m. until chapel service at 3:00 p.m. conducted by Bro. Michael Granger. Survived by his wife, Cheryll Baker; mother, Emma Baker; one daughter, Amanda Whisenant; three sons, Justin Greene, Matthew Greene and wife, Tiffany, and Thaddeus Greene and wife, Elizabeth; one sister, Tonya Sexton and husband, Jay; two brothers, Todd Baker and Brett Baker; and nine grandchildren.
