Patricia Delatte Burns, age 79, passed away on Monday, December 19, 2016, at 7:00 a.m. at Gonzales Healthcare Center, Gonzales, LA. A native of Lottie, LA and resident of Prairieville, LA. Visiting at Ascension Funeral Home, 426 W. New River St., Gonzales, on Wednesday, December 21, 2016, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Visiting on Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. until service at 10:30 a.m. conducted by Bro. Kerry Ash. Burial at Oak Lane Memorial Park. Survived by her three daughters and sons-in-law, Pamela B. and Don Daigle, Theresa B. and Robert Nickens, and Dianna B. and Jimmy Russell; two sisters, Judy B. Varnam and Sandra Delatte; brother, Timothy Delatte; six grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Warren J. Burns; grandson, Brad Daigle; parents, Hubert and Odile Delatte; two sisters, Joanna Delatte and Maureen Savell; and brother, Hubert Delatte Jr. She was a member of Lake Martin Baptist Church.
