A native and resident of Gonzales, LA, died on Friday, December 12, 2014, at 9:10 p.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, LA at the age of 75. He was a retired operator from BASF. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved his family and Cajun music. Visiting at St. Mark Catholic Church, on Monday, December 15, 2014 from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m., conducted by Rev. Rubin Reynolds. Burial in Hope Haven Garden of Memory. Survived by his wife, Sylvia Poche Bourque two daughters and soninlaws, Amy and Corey Gautreaux, Shelley Bourque and Gerry Guedry three sons and daughterinlaws, Darrel and Karen Bourque, Randy and Pattie Bourque, and Russell and Robin Bourque one sister, Connie Evans and friend, Floyd Flue LeBlanc three brothers, Allison Bourque and wife, Judy, Irvin Bourque and wife, Ann, Edward Bourque and wife, Kathy ten grandchildren, Dane Bourque and wife, Brittany, Darren Bourque, Chase Hooper and wife, Kristen, Aaron Hooper, Daryn Cook and wife, Sierra, Dwayne Bourque and wife, Randi, Ryan Bourque, Randi Chapman and husband, Chris, Amber Gautreaux, and Vance Gautreaux six great grandchildren, Briar, Bayer, Easton, Austin, Gracie, and Chandler. Preceded in death by his daughter, Sherri Lynn Bourque parents, Murphy J. and Beatrice Bourque and brotherinlaw, William Bill Evans. Grandsons will serve at pallbearers.
