Morrell Winston

Morrell Winston, 60 years old, passed away at her home on October 11, 2025. She entered the world April 2, 1965, born to Gorden and Lorraine Winston, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Morrell is survived by her three children and two daughters-in-law, Bridget Barbay of Maurepas, Jeremy Barbay (Samantha) of Maurepas, and Bryce McCool (Aurea) of Arabi. She was a loving Mimi to 11 grandchildren, Gavin Reine, Landon Reine, Brooklyn Reine, Brayden Barbay, Payton Reine, Ryleigh Barbay, Zoe McCool, Adeline Barbay, Alice McCool, Sophia McCool and Myles Barbay.

Morrell is Also Survived by her sisters Karen Winston Cambre and Ann Winston, along with many nieces and nephews.

Morrell is preceded in death by her parents Gordon and Lorraine Winston. Morrell’s favorite thing in the world was being a Mimi. She loved Mickey Mouse and having long conversations with family and friends. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her.
