Mary Moran

Mary A. Ward Moran died March 1, 2024, at the age of 82. She loved and worked at Wal-Mart in Gonzales for 23 years.

She left behind her husband, Charles "Boggie" Moran; son, Eddie J. Moran; sister, Barbara Rivett; numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father, Eddie Ward; mother, Gertrude Davis Ward; 2 sons, Michael Moran and Charles Wayne Moran; and 3 sisters, Janet Ward Foster, Winoma Ward Noble, and Linda Ward Todd.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 7, 2024, at Ascension Funeral Home in Gonzales, from 9:00 am until the funeral service at 11:00 am in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Hope Haven Cemetery in Gonzales.
