Margaret Arceneaux

Margaret "Mumsy" Arceneaux, age 82, passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2016, at 7:23 a.m. at her home. A resident of Gonzales, LA and native of Liverpool, England. Visiting at Ascension Funeral Home, 426 W. New River St., Gonzales, LA on Sunday, February 7, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Visiting resumes on Monday, February 8, from 8:30 a.m. until service at 10:30 a.m. conducted by Deacon Eliazar "JR" Salinas Jr. Interment at Holy Rosary Cemetery. Survived by her daughter, Sandra Graham; brother, Malcolm Palfreyman; four grandchildren, Bryan Arceneaux and wife, Leah, Char'Lee Guidry, Angele Guidry, and Destin Graham; and seven great grandchildren, Bryson, Noah, Malcolm, Margaret, Kylah, Addison, and Marleigh. Preceded in death by her husband, Bernard E. Arceneaux and numerous sisters and brothers. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, British Wives, and the CYO.
