Louis Man Ferrall Lee Sr. died at 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, 2011, at the home of his daughter, Emma Lebourgeouis. He was born Sept. 11, 1928. He was 83 and a native of Sorrento. He retired after 34 years of service as a Pot Operator from Kaiser Aluminum in Chalmette. He was a member of AFLCIO, badge number 1199. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter, trapper, and gardener. Visiting at Ascension Funeral Home, Monday, Oct. 24, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visiting resumes on Tuesday, Oct. 25, at St Anne Catholic Church in Sorrento at 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Survived by his wife of 52 years, Doris Daily Lee his children, son Charles Jerome Lee and wife DeAnna, son Louis Manny F. Lee, Jr. and wife Elizabeth, daughter Mary Lee Graham, daughter Emma Lee LeBourgeois and husband Darren, daughter Terral Sudie Lee Rushing and husband Andy, daughter Carol Lee Moore and husband Perry, son Malcolm Anthony Lee and wife Sheila, daughter Mona Lee Kirsch and husband Henry, daughter Victoria Lee Daigle and husband Coy, Ricky Raymond Lee and wife Johanna. PawPaw Man leaves behind 19 cherished grandchildren: Hayden and Landon Lee, Colton and Haley Lee, Jessica and Justin Graham, Brandon Jordan LeBourgeois, Clint Laycee Rushing, Tyler Taylor Moore, Duane Tyson Lee, Bret Kirsch, Sheri Starlet Daigle, Jeanne Travis Lee, eleven great grandchildren, sister Clara Melancon, two brothers Kearney Smitty Lee, motherinlaw Florence DeBate Daily. Preceded in death by his daughter Florence Marie Lee, parents Jerome and Emma Trabeau Lee, brothers Oneal and Orillian Lee. Pallbearers will be grandsons Duane, Tyson, Clint, Justin, Brandon, Tyler, Jordan, Colton, Hayden and Landon, friends Nelson Pinion and Frank Wells. Thanks to all of you who showed love, support, friendship, and prayed for our Daddy.
