Karen Hebert Braud, age 56, passed away on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 12:30 p.m. in Natchez, MS. A resident and native of Gonzales, LA. Visiting at Ascension Funeral Home, 426 W. New River St., Gonzales, LA on Sunday, March 25, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Visiting on Monday, from 9:00 a.m. until service at 11:00 a.m. conducted by Jake Hebert. Burial at New River Baptist Church Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Dale Braud; mother-in-law, Hilda Lorena Braud; daughter, Kayle Moran and husband, Rusty; son, Derek Braud and wife, DiDi; three sisters, Carol Crenshaw, Wanda Gressett, and Kelly Riley; two brothers, Klein Hebert Jr. and Keith Paul Hebert; and four grandchildren, Cheyenne Moran, Dallis Moran, Brannt Braud, and Brayli Braud. Preceded in death by her parents, Klein Sr. and Gladys Hebert; father-in-law, Anthony "Nun Nun" Braud; daughter, Lyndsey Nicole Braud; and a sister, Ramona Hebert Huff.
