Joseph Arthur "Joey" Dodgen, age 39, passed away on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Our Lady of the Angels Hospital in Bogalusa, LA. A resident of Prairieville, LA and native of New Orleans, LA. He was a master mechanic. Visiting at Ascension Funeral Home, 426 W. New River St., Gonzales, LA on Thursday, March 29, 2018 from 12:00 noon until memorial service at 2:00 p.m. Survived by his father, Arthur W. Dodgen; daughter, Emma Lynn Dodgen; and sister, Sara Melissa McNease and her son, Zachary Samual Dodgen. Preceded in death by his mother, Virginia "Ginger" Dodgen. Please visit the online guestbook.
