Jo Ann Gautreau

Jo Ann Gautreau, 82 years old, passed away in Gonzales on April 9th, 2022. She was born on January 17, 1940.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Craig and Alison Gautreau and Chad and Debbie Gautreau; grandchildren, Ryan Gautreau and wife, Christy, Brynn Gautreau, Leah Gautreau Butler and husband, Johnathan, Michael Gautreau, and Landon Gautreau; great-grandchildren, Kayne Landry, Shane Aucoin, Lilla Gautreau, Flynn Gautreau, and Audrey Butler; and siblings, Wickcliff Mayers, Jr., Judy Johnson, and Andy Mayers.

Mrs. Gautreau is preceded in death by her parents, Clara Boudreaux Mayers and Wickcliff Mayers, Sr.; sons, Jeffery Gautreau and Lane Gautreau; brother, Glenn Mayers; and sister, Carolyn Dominique.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at Ascension Funeral Home from 11:30 am until 1:30 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 pm at St. John the Evangelist in Prairieville. Burial will follow at Hope Have Garden of Memory Prairieville.
