Jeffery Siler

Jeffery Jeff Siler a resident of Donaldsonville, LA went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Thursday April 25, 2013 at his home. Jeff was 44 years old. Born in Cherry Point, N.C. he was the son of Harold Gerome Jerry Siler of Atlantic Beach, FL. and Beverly Ellison of Donaldsonville, LA. Jeffrey was raised in Memphis TN and came to Louisiana at the age of 18. Once he got bitten by the Louisiana crawfish, he never wanted to go back to Tennessee. Visitation will be at Ascension Funeral Home, Gonzales, LA 428 West New River Rd. Gonzales, La on Sunday April 28 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Visitation will resume on Monday April 29, 2013 from 12:00pm until funeral services in the funeral chapel at 2:00pm. He was the husband of Kate Harrelson Siler and dad to Beau M Minson, Sr. wife, Amy and Brooke Minson husband, Marco Garcia.When Jeff became a grandfather in 2008 and again in 2010, and three more in 2013, Jeff became the greatest PawPaw anyone could find. His grandchildren were his heart. Zoey, Alex, Sofia, Little Beau and Emma. Jeffrey loved music. Jeff gave his heart and soul to The Lord and is now dancing and singing in heaven. He leaves behind to cherish his memory grandmother, Mary Ellison, Memphis, TN, aunts Diane Siler, Memphis TN, Kay Waldrup, AR, Norma Klein, Heber Springs, AR, Cathie Hall, Memphis, TN, and uncles John Siler, MN, David Siler, West Memphis, AR, Robert Ellison, Hollady, TN, Jimmy Ellison, Paradise, CA, and Charlie Ellison, Houston, TX.
