Janice Rita Guillory, age 65, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, LA at 7:25 a.m. A resident of Prairieville, LA and native of Opelousas, LA. Visiting at Ascension Funeral Home, 426 W. New River St., Gonzales, LA on Friday, February 14, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Visiting on Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. until service at 11:00 a.m. conducted by Deacon Elizar Salinas. Entombment in Holy Rosary Catholic Mausoleum. Survived by her daughter, Cassie Dupuy; sons, Clifton Guillory, and Toby Guillory and wife, Krissy; sisters, Gloria Guidroz, Joycelyn Briggs, Norma LaCombe, and Jessica Woodson; brother, Burnett Richard; grandchildren, Destani Guillory, Tyler Guillory and wife, Brooke, Kyndal Guillory, Austin Mire, Kelsey Dupuy, and Randi Jo Chapman; and great grandchildren, Caydence Guillory, Riot Guillory, Tripp Guillory, Tatum Guillory, and Murphi Jo Bordelon. Preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Guillory; granddaughter, Hayli Guillory; and her parents, Francis and Irene Richard. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
