Jack L. Oliver, age 77, passed away at his home on March 29, 2018 at 10:45 a.m. A resident of Maurepas, LA and native of Hardin, MO. He was a veteran in the United States Army. He retired from CF Industries and Vulcan Chemical. Graveside service on Monday, April 2, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. conducted by Pastor Erik Willie at Hope Haven Garden of Memory, Gonzales, LA. Survived by his daughter, Hiedi Oliver Millien and husband, Kerry Jr.; son, Jason Oliver and his wife, Stacie; five grandchildren, Blake Duhe and wife, Morgan, Alaina Esneault, Kolby Gautreau, Aaron Oliver, and Abbie Oliver; and one great granddaughter, Presley Duhe. Preceded in death by his father, Avery Oliver; step father and mother, Jack and Opal Buffington; sisters, Stella Wall, Barbara Lewis, and Alice Hobbs; and brothers, Avery Oliver Jr. and Tommy Oliver.
