Goldie Stevens

Goldie Brou Stevens, born in Brusly-McCall, LA, on March 6, 1931, passed away on May 6, 2024, at the age of 93. 

Goldie is preceded in death by her husband, Murray Edward Stevens; parents, Andre A. Brou and Rose Cire Brou; sons, Mark A. Stevens and Gregg P. Stevens; and brother, Ronald Brou.

She is survived by her daughter, Patrice Stevens Aiken; son, Blake E. Stevens; brother, Andre Brou (Mickey); grandchildren, Travis Aiken, Colin Aiken (Jessica), Katie Aiken Fontenot (Richie), Elizabeth Stevens Everett (Miranda), and Dakota Stevens; great-grandchildren, Lucy Fontenot, Eloise Aiken, Abigail Aiken, and Tristan Everett; and special cousin, Ione Schexnaydre LeBlanc. 

The family would like to give a special thanks to St. Joseph Hospice. 

Visitation will take place at St. Jude Catholic Church on Friday, May 10, 2024, beginning at 9:00 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Burial to follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
