A retired supervisor from Delta Airlines and native of Baton Rouge, he died Saturday, May 14, 2011, at his residence in Gonzales. He was 68 and an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. Memorial service at Ascension Funeral Home, 426 W. New River St., Gonzales, Wednesday, May 18, at 11 a.m. Interment in Port Hudson National Cemetery, Zachary. Survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Janice Root Bordelon four daughters, Tammy, Amy, Brooke and Brittany two sons, Brandon and wife Vicky, and Mathew sister, Ruby Pecot and husband Bob two sistersinlaw, Diane and husband Steve, and Cindy and husband Steve 14 grandchildren and four greatgrandchildren. Special thanks to Generations Hospice, Janey Breaux, Dr. Cefalu and Acadian Ambulance for the care they gave him. Preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. L.E.
