Freida Ann Accardo Savoy
Freida A. Savoy, passed away on August 26, 2014 at the age of 74. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a native of Convent, LA and a resident of Saint Amant, LA. She is survived by her devoted husband Elphage Preacher J. Savoy Sons and daughtersinlaw, Keith and Barbara Savoy, Byron Savoy, Shelby and Diane Savoy Daughters and sonsinlaw, Bonnie Neusetzer, Kathlyn and Brett Babin, Sheila and Chet Braud Brothers, Leon L.J., and Gerald Accardo Sister, Mildred Chauvin Grandchildren, Austin Savoy, Chase and Lindsay Savoy, Taylor and Tyler Savoy, Katie Babin, Wyatt Neusetzer, and Micale Braud Great grandchild, Lathan Savoy Step grandchildren, Michael and Mistie Babin, Breanna and Ben Dunaway and four step great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents Leon and Ethel Michel Accardo, and infant daughter, Angela Savoy. Visiting will be at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Saint Amant, LA on Friday, August 29, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. conducted by the Rev. Michael Galea. Entombment in Holy Rosary Mausoleum. A special thank you to the staff and residents of Ascension Oaks Nursing Home, Life Source Hospice, Ascension Funeral Home, and all those who touched her life.
