Faith Viavattine (née Haydel), born on September 8, 1976, in Baton Rouge and raised in St. Amant Louisiana, passed away suddenly on May 24, 2025, at the age of 48. Faith was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a cherished daughter, sister, and friend.
She is survived by her beloved husband, John Viavattine; her three adored children, Somer Civello, Rylie Boudreaux, and Presley Boudreaux; and her loyal dog, Apollo Creed Viavattine, who was truly one of her babies. Her love for her family was unconditional and evident in all she did.
She is also survived by her mother, Nanette Linton and her husband Patrick Linton, Her sister Sandy Dixon, Father and Mother-in-law John and Dora Viavattine, and . Father Dale Haydel, along with several Aunts, Uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Faith will be remembered for her extra soft warm heart, her unshakable support for her loved ones, and the comfort and laughter she brought into every room she entered.
Faith’s life was filled with purpose. She was a nanny/caregiver for many years and always was present for her family creating a home filled with love and kindness. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew her best.
Faith’s presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit and the love she gave will be passed along in those who were blessed to know her.
Services to honor and celebrate Faith’s life will be held at Broadmoor United Methodist Church in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. June 5th from 3-6pm. Arrangements being handled by Ascension Funeral Home
