Elmay Duplessis

A native of Lake and resident of Geismar, she passed away Sunday, April 17, 2011, at age 83. Visiting will be at Ascension Funeral Home, 426 W. New River St., in Gonzales on Wednesday, April 20, from 8 a.m. until a chapel service at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Prairieville Community Cemetery. She is survived by five sons, Virgil Jr., Kevin Sr. and wife Marla, Carl, Wayne Sr., and Timmy Sr. a daughterinlaw, Sandra Duplessis a brother, Melton Lambert and wife Betty 15 grandchildren and 20 greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Sr. a son, Terry Sr. a greatgranddaughter, Britnee Duplessis eight sisters, two brothers and her parents, Victorin and Myrza Lambert.
