Dorothy Causey

Dorothy Klotz Causey, a longtime employee of Gonzales Health Care, resident of Prairieville and native of Texas City, Texas, died Saturday August 7, 2010 at LTAC of Denham Springs. She was 54 years old. Visiting will be Friday, August 13, 2010 at St. Amant Baptist Church from 9 a.m. until religious services conducted at 10 a.m. Services conducted by Rev. Melvin Meister. Burial in Hope Have Cemetery in Gonzales. She is survived by her parents Dorothy and W.D. Klotz. Three daughters Mandy Delatte, Sarah Causey, and Rosemary Kris Causey. Two sons Joey Klotz and Alfred Causey. One sister Mary Lou Klotz. Five grandchildren, Amie and Amber Hatcher, Jayda and Nicholas Delatte and Nathan Causey. She is preceded in death by her brother Donald Lee Klotz. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or a favorite charity.
