Donald Allgood

Donald "Don" Ray Allgood, age 80, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at 8:58 p.m. A resident of Gonzales, LA and native of Vicksburg, MS. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and retired from Chevron Chemical. He was an avid golfer for many years. Visiting at Ascension Funeral Home, 426 W. New River St., Gonzales, LA on Saturday, September 8, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until memorial service at 3:00 p.m. Survived by his wife, Hilde Allgood; two daughters, Donna Brashear and husband, Joe, and Peggy Kelley and husband, Troy; brother, Danny Allgood; and three grandchildren, Lindsey Hallquist and husband, Sean, Natasha Kelley, and Benji Kelley.
