Dale Marie Mire

Dale Marie Mire, a resident of Gonzales, passed away on December 19th, 2025, at her residence at the age of 76. She was born on January 9th, 1949, in Napoleonville, LA.

She loved flowers and had a passion for collecting antiques. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her.

Dale is survived by her 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Glen and Angela Mire and Joey and Stephanie Mire, 3 grandchildren, Madison and her fiancée Waylon Johnson, Callen, and Colton Mire, sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Jimmy Jones, 2 brothers and sisters-in-law, Nathan and Sharon Mitchell and Morris and Tanya Mitchell, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Tommy and Barbara Mire, sister-in-law, Mary Smiley, sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Janet and Mark Dupepe, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bobby” J. Mire, parents, Doris Theresa Mitchell and Fred Louis Mitchell, Jr. mother-in-law and father-in-law, Allie J. Mire and Elizabeth Betty Haydel Mire.

A memorial service for Dale will be held at a later date.
