Christopher Lee "Booter" Martin, age 14, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2015, at his mother's home. A resident and native of Prairieville, LA. He was a 7th grade student at Central Middle School. Visiting at Gonzales Church of Christ, 1225 S. Purpera Ave., Gonzales, LA on Friday, July 10, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until memorial service at 11:00 a.m. conducted by Minister James Eaves. Survived by his parents, Darin and Kimberly Martin; maternal grandmother, Mary Adkins; maternal grandfather, Donald Adkins and wife, Kathleen; paternal grandmother, Jean Rousseau; brother, Zachary Martin; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Preceded in death by his brother, Eric Wayne Martin; maternal great grandparents, Willie Adkins and Wayne Adkins; paternal great grandparents, Marion and Hilda Verlander, and Wilda Bordelon; cousins, Devin Ross, Briana Martin, Jasmaine Moore; and godchild, Brooklyn Marie Pailette.
