Charlotte Tillman

Ann W. Tillman, age 80, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2015, at 2:55 p.m. at The Crossing at Clarity Hospice in Baton Rouge. A resident of Baton Rouge, LA, native of Center Point, MS, and was a retired nurse with the Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. She is survived by her two daughters, Peggy Grezaffi and husband, Paul, and Sharon Chustz and husband, Larry; two sons, Johnny Tillman and friend, Jamie Johnson, and Steven Tillman; one sister, Carolyn Hanberry; eight grand-children, Joseph Grezaffi and wife, Lori, Jeff Grezaffi and wife, Malenda, Brandi Chustz and husband, Johnny, Tonya Maynard and husband, Jason, Shannon Melancon and husband, Chayse, Jonathan Tillman and wife, Kasie, Gabrielle Tillman and Erica Tillman; twenty-three great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. Preceded in death by her husband, Luther Tillman; father, Earl Wade and mother, Nell Altom. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to your favorite charity.
