Charles Anthony "Chuck" Taylor, age 58, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2015, at 9:00 p.m., surrounded by his family at The Carpenter House. A resident of Baton Rouge and native of Morgan City, LA. He was the owner of Hub Caps & Wheels. Chuck loved to hunt and fish. He was a big LSU fan and was a member of the Tiger Athletic Foundation. He was also a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, FIJI Fraternity and the Baton Rouge Pool League. Visiting at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 11441 Goodwood Blvd., on Saturday, September 5, 2015, from 10:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 noon, conducted by Rev. Tom Duhe. Burial at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by his wife, Carmel Ann Taylor; daughter, Haley Rita Taylor; son, Cody Young Taylor; four sisters, Glenda Fountain, Rita Spiker and husband, Mike, Cheryl Chausow, Terri Theall and husband, Doug; two brothers, James Taylor and wife, Karen, Joel Taylor and wife, Linda; sister-in-law, Joan Taylor; brother-in-law, Richard Rogers; and numerous nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews, and cousins. Preceded in death by his parents, James Thomas and Rita Belle Taylor; sister, Elizabeth Rogers; and a brother, Donald Ray Taylor.
