Carolyn Lambert

Carolyn Sue Lambert passed away at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital on January 11, 2014 at the age of 71 years old. She was a native of Swiss, West Virginia and a resident of Gonzales, LA. She was a telephone operator for Bell Atlantic in West Virginia for about 15 years then transferred to South Central Bell for 10 years. She is survived by 1 Son: Brad Adkins and 1 daughter: Jackie Mougoet and 1 daughter in law: Lisa Adkins. 1 grandson: Chris Adkins and great granddaughter, Jazmine Adkins. She is preceded in death by her husband Carl A. Lambert, Sr., mother Ann Bolar. Several aunts and uncles. She loved to shop, sew, and was a yard sale junkie. She was also a avid reader of mystery and spy books. She was a great lover of nature and the mountains.She was not happy unless there was snow on the ground. She loved spending time with her family most of all. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her, especially Jazmine Adkins, her great granddaughter. There will be a private memorial service with the family at a later date.
