Betty Lanoux

Betty Lanoux passed away surrounded by her family at home on Monday January 4t 2021 at 5:56pm. She was a native of Braithwaite, LA and was 89 years old. Visiting at Ascension Funeral Home 426 W. New River St. on Saturday January 9, 2021 from 8:00am until 9:45am and Mass of Christian Burial at St. Theresa Catholic Church at 10:00am Celebrated by Fr. Eric Gyan, entombment in Hope Haven Garden of Memory Mausoleum. She is survived by her husband, Joseph E. Lanoux Jr.; daughters, Cynthia Harris and husband Larry, Tina Braud and husband Craig; son, Danny J. Lanoux and wife Bonnie; eight grandchildren and twenty great greatgrandchildren. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Penny Sue Lanoux; parents, Noah and Annie Foret, and six sisters. She was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church.
