Ann Sylvia Johnson Pedescleaux

Ann Pedescleaux, age 95, passed away on Saturday morning, February 22, 2025, at Gonzales Healthcare Center. A resident of Darrow, LA and native of Cheneyville, LA. She served in the Education field in Ascension Parish for more than 25 years as a School Teacher and once retired continued as a Substitute Teacher for another 15 years. Survived by daughter, Warrine Lightfoot, Goddaughter and Caregiver, Minister Jessica Geason, adopted daughter, Juliette Burke, one sister, one grandson, three great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation (9-10:45 am) and Funeral (11 am) services will be Saturday, March 1, 2025, at St. Philip Baptist Church - 7471 La Hwy 405 Donaldsonville (Modeste), LA 70346. Rev.
