Adam Blalock

In loving memory of Adam Blalock, a cherished member of the Gonzales, Louisiana community, who passed away on April 26, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and creativity. Born on November 23, 1980, Adam's vibrant spirit and kind heart touched the lives of all who knew him.

A connoisseur of art in all its forms, Adam found joy in collecting artworks and pictures that spoke to his soul. Each piece in his collection was a testament to his appreciation for beauty and his passion for artistic expression.

Beyond his artistic pursuits, Adam's greatest source of happiness was found in the company of his beloved children, Madison Blalock and Deacon Blalock, who were the light of his life and the source of his greatest joy. Together, they embarked on countless adventures, creating memories that will be cherished for generations to come.

Adam was preceded in death by his father, James Blalock, his stepfather David Heard, and his sister-in-law Bobbie Blalock, as well as his maternal and paternal grandparents. Their memories will forever be cherished alongside Adam's.

He is survived by his devoted mother, Deborah Heard, and his siblings Jamie Blalock, Michael “Chris” Blalock, Tracy Blalock-Carlton, and Kaci Blalock, whose bonds of love and shared memories will endure through the passage of time. Additionally, Adam leaves behind his beloved nieces and nephews, Kalyn Graves, Rachael Landry, Rebekah Blalock, Brody Blalock, Bethany Blalock-Adams, Christopher “CJ” Blalock, Ashleigh Campbell, Noah Carlton, Jonah Carlton, Gage Larose and his numerous great nieces and nephews each carrying a piece of his spirit within them.

Adam's laughter was infectious, his kindness boundless, and his presence illuminated every room he entered. Though he may have departed from this world, his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.

As we mourn the loss of Adam Blalock, let us also celebrate his big heart, the vibrant life he lived, and the profound impact he had on all who had the privilege of crossing paths with him. His legacy of love, creativity, and joy will forever be remembered and cherished by his family and friends.
